Emergency Situations: For serious or life-threatening conditions (e.g., chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding), immediately seek emergency medical attention. Call your local emergency number or go to the nearest hospital.

Purpose: Our AI analyzes uploaded prescriptions to extract medication details, dosages, and instructions, making the ordering process faster and more accurate.

Share your account credentials with others
Attempt to circumvent any security features or prescription verification processes
Use AI tools to self-diagnose or self-medicate in place of professional medical advice
Copy, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of the AfriPharm Health platform

3.3 Consequences of Misuse

Violation of this policy may result in:

Immediate account suspension or termination
Cancellation of pending orders without refund
